- Contact details you provide: name, email, phone number and any information you include in the contact form, email or WhatsApp messages.
- Project information: details about your project, timeline and budget that you choose to share.
- WhatsApp data: your WhatsApp phone number, profile name and the messages (including voice notes) you send to my business number.
- Basic website data: technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected through standard hosting logs and analytics tools.
2. How I use it
- To reply to your inquiries and prepare quotes and proposals.
- To deliver and manage the services you hire.
- To send follow-ups related to your inquiry or project. I do not send marketing messages without your consent.
3. WhatsApp and AI assistant
My WhatsApp business number (+51 940 604 114) is supported by an AI assistant that helps answer common questions and prepares replies that I review. To do this, message content may be processed by AI service providers (such as OpenAI) and by the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). The assistant identifies itself as an assistant, and you can ask to talk to me directly at any time.
4. Sharing
I do not sell your personal information. I only share it with service providers needed to operate my work (hosting, email, WhatsApp/Meta, AI providers), or when required by law.
5. Retention
I keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide the services and meet legal obligations. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
6. Your rights
In accordance with Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733), you may request access, correction, deletion of, or object to the use of your personal data by writing to info@brunogg.com.
7. Opting out of WhatsApp messages
